If you order personalization (name / phone / embroidery), the collar is made to order.
For this reason, it cannot be returned without a reason. However, if the product does not meet the agreed specifications or has a defect, you can of course make a claim, in line with consumer law for made-to-order items.

Lead time for personalization: please allow around 15 days for production.

How to choose the right size (and why it matters)

To ensure the collar fits the first time, measure the neck circumference:

• ideally with a soft measuring tape where your dog normally wears the collar, or

• measure the inner length of a collar that already fits well.
