Shipping and payment

Payment

You can pay by payment card or by bank transfer. For bank transfers, please use the details from your order confirmation (reference number and amount).

Shipping

We deliver to the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Selected EU countries are shipped via Zásilkovna (e.g. PL, FR, AT, IT, DE). Available shipping options are displayed in the cart based on the delivery country, parcel size and weight.

Delivery options

• Zásilkovna – delivery to a pick-up point or home delivery (subject to availability).
• GLS / DPD / PPL – home delivery (depending on the country and parcel type).

Once your parcel is shipped, the selected carrier will inform you by e-mail/SMS with delivery details and tracking information.

Pick-up in person

Personal pick-up is available in Mariánské Lázně at:
ZARYA s.r.o., Čapkova 119/10, 353 01 Mariánské Lázně, Czech Republic

Please collect your order within 7 days of receiving the e-mail confirming it is ready for pick-up.
