Shipping and payment

You can pay by credit card or bank transfer, to transfer to the account select either Other banks, for a classic transfer, or from the offered banks.

We transport to CZ or SK, via the Czech Post or or CZ, SK, PL, FR, AT, IT, DE using the Mailroom.

TRANSPORT

You can choose from several modes of transport. Shipping options will be loaded according to the size and weight of your order. The order will be delivered to you by selected shipping companies:

Zásilkovna s.r.o., the price of transport is given by the current price list of the carrier on its website www.zasilkovna.cz. (You can find the link to the price list here in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic).
Delivery to address - the service works based on the selection of the most suitable carrier for delivery to the address in your region. The courier will be selected depending on the current occupancy and quality of the given courier companies.
The most advantageous dispensing points - you can find a list of currently open dispensing points on the Mailbox website here.
GLS (General Logistics Systems Czech Republic, s.r.o.), the price of transport is:

Shipping is free in this case. Please pick up your order no later than 7 days after receiving emails about the order ready for collection.
