Withdrawal & Exchange Form

Withdrawal from the contract (returns within 14 days)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days.

When the 14-day period starts

  • for goods: from the day you receive the goods (or the last part of the order if delivery was split),

  • for multiple items delivered separately: from the day you receive the last delivery.

How to withdraw

  • Send your withdrawal by e-mail to info@zaryashop.eu (you can use the form below), or put the form inside the parcel.

  • Send the goods back no later than 14 days after withdrawal.

Who pays return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless we agree otherwise.

Refund
We will refund you within 14 days from receiving your withdrawal notice, but not earlier than when we receive the returned goods or you provide proof that the goods were sent back. We refund using the same payment method used for the purchase (unless agreed otherwise).

Condition of returned goods
You may try the goods as you would in a brick-and-mortar store. Please return them complete, clean and securely packed.
If the goods show use beyond normal try-on, are damaged, or significantly soiled (pet hair, perfume, etc.), we may claim compensation for the diminished value.

When withdrawal is not possible
The right of withdrawal may be excluded by law, especially for goods made to order / customized to your request (e.g., personalization, made-to-measure adjustments).

3 steps

  2. Pack the goods so they won’t be damaged in transit.

  3. Send back: Zásilkovna code 92731484 (up to 5 kg) or post/courier to the return address.
