The active substances in ALAVIS-Calming

Thiamine is a vitamin B1 that is an essential part of nutrition and is soluble in water. It specifically acts on the central nervous system and induces calming and alleviation of anxiety. With increased stress and exertion, his need increases. Because the body does not store this vitamin, it needs to be part of the diet.

C3 ™ is a patented mixture - colostrum complex. It is isolated from milk protein - casein and is known for its calming effects.

L-Theanine is an amino acid that, by acting directly in the brain, induces a state of deep relaxation without feeling sleepy. It has calming effects and is helpful in reducing stress and anxiety. It affects the nervous system for depression and phobias. It helps to relax the mind and induce a feeling of well-being by its effect on the brain neurotransmitters dopamine and serotonin.

Dosage
