How are hemp products made?
The products are created right in the center of Zlín, we produce hemp products of the highest quality.
IT ALL STARTS WITH THE HEMP PLANT.
Only selected varieties of technical hemp that meet all European regulations are used. Nature already has everything figured out, that's why our hemp is grown organically, without pesticides and chemical fertilizers.
After harvesting, the plants are crushed into a mixture - biomass, from which an extract is produced in several ways.
It is produced by a certified laboratory that has been specializing in extraction for several years and has the most modern equipment. Thanks to this, an extract of the highest quality and purity is created.
Only the CO2 extraction method is used, which, although more expensive, is the most gentle to nature and the final product.
The rest of the biomass is used in biogas stations to produce eco-electricity. In this way, the entire plant is used and unnecessary waste is avoided.
The mentioned extracts travel to the production plant. Now you need to add the carrier oil. It uses exclusively hemp, without any additives.
Hemp oil is created in a press. Hemp seeds are purely Czech production. The pressing process produces raw, cold-pressed oil and hemp pomace. Presses are ground into flour in a mill. This is either sold as a finished product or further processed into protein and hemp fiber.
